Terms and Conditions k888 — Platform Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the k888 online entertainment platform, including the website, mobile apps for Android and iOS, and all services provided by k888 ("Service").

• You are registering as an individual for yourself, not on behalf of another person.
• You are not relying on betting as your primary source of income.
• You have no record of self-exclusion or prohibition from any related gambling platform.
• Use of the Service is for personal entertainment purposes only, not for commercial, business, or third-party use.

K888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm member eligibility. K888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or relevant authorities.
• Inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months (inactive account).

If an account is terminated for reasons unrelated to a breach, any valid balance will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 7 business days. If termination is due to fraud or a breach of terms, k888 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

Members may also close their own account at any time through account settings or by contacting customer support. Self-closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.
